Avoid - I don't usually write reviews but after trying to view a car this morning if I could give 0 stars I would. Two men turned up looking unhappy while we stood in the rain waiting for them to respond and acknowledge us. After asking if we could wait inside one of them eventually let us in the office area. I was told by one of them they would go and get the car they left us in the office and both drove off. All the doors were open and offices unlocked so if we wanted to go through sensitive paperwork we could. I noticed some failed MOT certificates and it looks like someone had attempted to fix a cars sat nav themselves and it wasn't going well. They made us feel very uncomfortable as if we had put them out and were an inconvenience. A third teenage lad came while they were still off trying to find the car and we asked if he was Dominic. He said Dominic doesn't have to be here we all work here you know. The attitude was quite unpleasant and when we told him we were waiting for the others to bring the car he said that's nice they are doing you a favour! I don't consider doing a job a favour when I would have been paying for it. It was really unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable I left before the car even arrived. I wish I had noticed the other 1 star reviews as they mirror my experience today

I bought a Kia Sportage there 2 weeks ago and Dominic was a breath of fresh air. It's nice to know that not all car salesmen are pushy. He let me look at the car in detail, take videos, chat with my Mrs who was abroad and he also let me take it for a test drive without any dramas. Bad reviews on here saying they drove 100 miles and no luck is a bit unfair as I run a business myself and I know that silly reviews like this are unnecessary. Thanks again Dominic.

Bought a Bmw 3 series only to find out the engine management light popped on the dashboard, got the car diagnostic to find out there was hidden faults! very disappointed

Booked an appointment to view a bmw, as per the advert on autotarder it was saying "full service history" went on to see the car and found out the car gotno service history record at all, no a single piece of paper to prove about the service or any work carried out, just a v5 document. Waste of time. glad i left without buying. BEWARE its a dodgy dealer
