The grumpy old woman that works in there (short grey hair, glasses.. you know who you are) is honestly probably the most miserable person Ive ever come across. If I could give this boots 0 stars I would purely because of this awful woman and her abysmal customer service. Not only is she rude, but she also goes out of her way to verbally assault paying CUSTOMERS. This woman should never have been allowed in a customer facing role. Where is the area manager? Major staff reboot is needed if you want to continue making business.
