This "branch" doesn't accept cash payments as they don't have a cash counter machine. They should close this branch to save money, and to stop wasting peoples time thinking it is a Bank Branch when it is not. Total waste of time. Drive 30 minutes to next branch to see if they "accept" cash deposits.... Not a bank.
