We bought an Alphard hybrid in August 2022. Lovely car which does all we need it to do in comfort and style without being as thirsty as the Grand Espace it replaced. Excellent and knowledgeable service from the company and great after sales as well, would, and have, recommend the car and the company.

I took my Alphard to Magnum for its first service...not bought from Magnum. They improved the mpg beyond expectations, identified an MOT issue that the import agent missed and it drives even more smoothly than before. More than happy to recommend Magnum Motors for servicing and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Last year I was looking for a Japanese import day van and after seeing a few had a crisis of confidence over the purchase. What on earth would happen if something went wrong? So I looked for alternatives UK based brands. Not happy with parting with 20K for a 10 year old vehicle that had done 150,000 miles I was stuck. On visiting a family friend they showed me their Toyota Estima from Magnum Motors so I went to Farnborough to have a look for myself. Two weeks later I bought my (17 year old) Alphard. Where do they find these cars? It had done 19,000 miles and looked almost new, see picture from the Alps. I have never looked back, what an amazing business with phenomenal support. Thank you

We bought our Toyota a year ago from Magnum. It recently developed an intermittent gearbox fault. Despite being out of warranty Steve and Murray responded quickly and kept working until they had found the fault. When the problem was traced to a faulty speed convertor they didn't charge as "this shouldn't have failed". If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks chaps..
