Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. The host is a great one and there when you need him, very nice and wants to share all he knows about the area. We had a great stay!

We stayed in one of these properties for a weekend away and everything was perfect. All very clean, good communication to book and all members super polite and helpful when we had questions. Would happily book with you again, thank you!

Terrible unprofessional service provided. Currently on our 4th night staying at one of the properties hosted by this company, reached out to them on Monday that 1 bedroom had no bedding, day 2 they gave me 1 pillow case, again, told them I need a mattress cover and a pillow case for the other room, was told this will be left outside our apartment at the end of day 2, nothing there. Contacted them on day 3 again, was told someone is coming soon, waiting 3 hours nothing. It is now day 4 and still nothing, not even a message back to let me know what's going on. Only here for one more night and still no bedding. It is very unhygienic to sleep on a communal mattress without a cover on top. I've been sleeping on it, sweating at night and apparently this is acceptable. I hope they change the mattress for new guests. This is flat 5, 12 forbury in Reading. I've attached a picture to show how the bed was found. If there's no bedding, atleast tell the guests so they can bring there own? Terrible service and terrible communication. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! To landlords thinking about using this company, avoid. They clearly don't care, its not there bedding at the end of the day, they don't have to sleep on it so why would they care. To sum it all up, pathetic excuse for a company.

I really enjoyed my staying, the location is perfect in the center of Reading near many bus stations, the team is really helpful and welcoming I had to extend my stay many times and it was the easiest
