        Absolutely discussed at the service provided by a groomer at the North Camp shop. The website claims how well they care for your pet but this women needs some training. Ted is extremely anxious getting his hair trimmed from his paws and this person showed no compassion at all, she didnt like it when I challenged her(I overheard her whilst waiting) and told me to leave the shop! Ted and I have never had any issues like this, with some sensitive words and rewards Ted will always comply. Charged 55 for the groom too. Disgusting, I have E mailed the salon to raise a complaint and am more than happy to discuss with the owner. We will not be returning! As expected the response from the owner sets the tone of the salon!

        Chester, the Spring spaniel, went in looking gorgeous and came out looking like Lord Farquaad! or Willy Wonker, I cannot decide. Ears and tail have been shocking cut at angles. it cost 55 First and most certainly the last time I will be going there
