I highly recommend James!! Since working with James I have noticed that I have become stronger, fitter and more confident. Workouts are tailored and it's really helped me with my jiu Jitsu and goals to get stronger. I now look at ways to push myself rather than think I can't do it and that's been down to James' passion for helping, commitment and encouragement. Thank you James!!

I've been using James for about 9 months now and have achieved more with his sessions than I ever did at a normal gym. His work on my technique has really paid dividends, his sessions are always interesting and push me further than I expect, and I'm thoroughly enjoying the results - I know I'm in far better condition, look better and have lost more weight than expected. I also appreciate the fact that he's happy to help on a wider scale, including diet, home work outs and any other way he can to help you achieve your goals. I now even look forward to the session and have increased my personal goals. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

I cannot recommend James highly enough!! Over the past 5 months James has supported my wife and I in a steady transformation of our well-being. James is a professional, knowledgable, engaging, calm and positive coach. My weight is down 5%, body fat down 20%, resting heart rate down 30%, HRV improved 100%; happier and healthier. James advocates a steady but sustained change in lifestyle and the fact I haven't missed any of our twice weekly sessions speaks for itself. I cannot speak highly enough about the benefit of investing in your health pension with James.

Ive been receiving the help of James for the last 6 months now and weve made some great progress already. Hes helping me with my strength and fitness and in turn, weight loss and has been so knowledgeable along the way. Our last few sessions were outside during the COVID-19 shutdown of indoor gyms and James still managed to make the sessions relevant and fun (as well as providing me a bespoke online workout program)! Now were back in the studio, I feel so comfortable with the measures he has put in place such as temperature check on arrival, anti-bac for himself/clients and cleans in between each session. James has a way of making every session enjoyable and fun yet challenging and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone searching for a PT. Im looking forward to seeing where this next part of the fitness journey takes me!
