        Lavender Lodge has a new Home Manager in position leading and supporting the team, and the care delivery continues to go from strength to strength. From the reception team through care to the support teams - nothing is too much trouble. Lavender Lodge is a great ambassador for Avery Healthcare's #onefamily approach to care home living.         I have worked with the Lavender Lodge team for some time now as a specialist nurse. I have always been made to feel welcomed and valued by the team and the residents. The home is warm and welcoming, so much so that I decided to apply for the Deputy manager/clinical lead role within the home. I have been working here for 2 weeks now and have never felt happier and moreau home within a team. Thank you Lavender Lodge!
