        From the moment we called through to collecting the engraved item. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYBODY. FORGET JEWELERS AND THE REST BoundStone is to us the Great Grandparents for all engravers in Surrey and Hampshire. We sought far and wide for an engravers due to the continued disappointments from a local known nation wide jewelers provisioning the christening bracelet that a young proud hearted autistic adult had purchased being a God Parent to be with only 3 days left. We went direct exceeding excellence and beyond Never before have I seen such high professionalism. Polite verbally interactive guiding all the way and MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY ACTUALLY DO RETURN CALLS WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.. so amazing I do not know how to put it into words about their amazing business but to recommend to all with no hesitation to everyone.         Sam and the team were fantastic and I reccomend Boundstone highly. I have used several companies in the past for engraving football trophies and these are by far the best. We were up against it timewise but I was put at ease straight away and all was delivered on time when they said it would. Thanks again.
