        Absolute joke of a surgery. Can't get an appointment. Won't book an appointment. Told by receptionist even if the doctor rings they can't prescribe medication. Finally speak to a doctor and get given the wrong medication. They won't work with other services outside of the surgery ie neurodevelopmental teams . Absolute chambles

        This surgery is awful! I contacted them for a phone consultation a few weeks ago. I was told to request this via the e-consult website. I did this and I got a notification that an appointment was arranged for me for something completely different. Also, on the phone the receptionist told me that my case is not that serious. She is not medically trained and she shouldnt express her opinion. I called again for a online appointment and I was told Id get a call back but I never heard from them again. We need better service than that !
