Great if goods, and particularly the excellent customer service.
We phoned on bank holiday Monday about an item being in stock. The phone was answered quickly and we got directed to some one on the shop floor quickly to confirm the item (a TV) was in stock. When we visited the electrical department, Steve came over and really helped us decide. He also offered to get us a bigger trolley. At check out. kye was also very helpful and offered to help us load the TV, which he did.
One of the best customer service experiences so far. They seem to have got everything right and use technology to really help the customer experience rather than using it to help themselves and inconvenience customers such as with imposed self service facilities at supermarkets.
Very impressive and worthy of 5 Stars!
