        Probably the most straightforward user friendly case management system I have used. The support staff are professional and friendly and the training sessions we had with them during initial set up were to the point, clear and concise... no bombardment of unnecessary information which can sometimes be the case with training sessions. You can open a "help" page and search what you want to do, split screen on your PC and just read guide step by step, if you get stumped just email support and they are right on it. Very satisfied and happy to be using this system. Finally the boss got something right. :)
