Groves Cottage - Holiday accommodation

We have had three lovely breaks at Groves Cottage, and hope to visit again. Tracey couldn't be a kinder or more thoughtful host, and the cottage is always clean, well equipped and attractive, with a cottage garden, and a decking area with table and seating, ideal for alfresco dinners with the barbecue. Groves Cottage is in the older, quaint, quiet area of the village, a short stroll from the duck pond and a few minutes' walk from the well stocked village store, and the post office with it's great selection of cards. Five minutes' drive and you're down in the Bay - if you like early rising, do go down and catch the sunrise over the sea! The lighthouse at South Foreland is well worth the walk, and the area abounds in footpaths and quiet country lanes.

Super location for a lot of activities. We stayed 6 days at the cabbin with daughter aged 9. Indoor and outdoor swimming, trampoline park and shopping in 40 min drive. Lots of stuff to see for adults, castles and war history. Cabin was super clean and cosy. Good beds and well equiped kitchen. Quiet area with pub and small shop, so nice to be in walking distance.
