A fantastic garage with a really professional staff, who provided us a great treatment, getting us the best options for our purchase, a second hand car, which was displayed in a great condition. Last year we came to be advised on any suitable cars that had 3 full seats in a row basically to fit 3 car seats in a row eliminating the need to climb in back to buckle a child and also not loose boot space. We came with a 4 year old and two 3 month old babies on a cold and drizzly day. We were shown one 7 seater car wich would have required one child sitting in back, fair enough but then shown one where it was obvious that the middle seat was not a full seat. When asked adviser that it does not look to be a full seat he said he thinks it can work and to try it out. Silly us tried it in the rain, uninstalling them from our car and installing them in that car. I feel the advisers needed to know that it would not work. Whenever I drive by the dealership I am still annoyed about the customer service or lack of it.

Mixed level of customer service. When we first went in, we couldn't see any customer service staff except one person who was attending to another customer. We then saw some customers come out of annoffice so approached the person there. He was fairly rude and when we asked if there was someone available to serve us in the showrrom, he just said "I don't know , I can't see around corners." We didnt get a full name but his first name was Alex. We nearly walked out then but only stopped as we were leaving when we saw someone else and thought we had come there to look at a car and so might as well see it through. We were then served by a gentleman called Aleks Reluc, who was excellent and gave us a tour of a few cars and gave us a real world take on those cars.
