        I run a landscaping company , we hired a digger. It came early in the morning it turned out that we couldn't actually use it due to access restrictions. They not only came and picked it up within the hour, with it being in our way which was very appreciative. But they also refunded me 80 percent of the fee. Small but absolutely excellent British business, great customer service.
