        Communication was good at all points, and the handover was handled seamlessly. Jake was welcoming, friendly and helpful, and made move in day as easy as it could have been. The development itself is good quality and the small number of snags are being dealt with without issue.

The builds themselves are at a high specification compared to other developers I have worked with, and always seem to have the end client in mind.

The handover went really nice, especially with the help from Jake who's been great from helping at some stage in the exchange process to putting in touch the relevant people for snags on completion. And even a welcome gift, which was really nice touch. You are awesome!
