I've attended antenatal and post natal Pilates with Vicki for three years now and found it so helpful to restore my core muscles after two c sections. Vicki is a great teacher, engaging, motivating and always ensures that the exercises are safe for you to do. She pitches her class at the right level and provides modifications if you have any challenges doing any of the exercises. Can highly recommend Vicki and her classes!

Both Vicki's antenatal and postnatal classes are fantastic. The antenatal classes really helped me keep healthy during pregnancy and the postnatal classes have been excellent to get my strength back post pregnancy. Vicki creates a really relaxed and friendly atmosphere in class and makes it possible to exercise with babies without worry or stress:) It's also been a great way to meet other mums in the area - I couldn't have asked for a nicer group!

I did pregnancy pilates in the 2nd and 3rd trimester of my 2nd pregnancy with Vicki and I believe it really helped with staying active right up until my due date. Wish I had done it with my first! It was also a great way to meet new mum's in the area.

I was recommended this class after a Mummy MOT and thank goodness I did it. I wasnt a Pilates fan but thanks to Vicki and the benefits Ive seen/felt in my post natal body, Im addicted. Vicki is a great teacher and wonderful with the little ones. Its my favourite hour of the week and Ive built the foundations to start exercising again. Thank you Vicki.
