        It seems like there is no communication among the employees. I called on Wednesday to book a hybrid diagnosis for Thursday. After an hour-long journey, when I arrived at the shop, the employee said, "The employee who took your call yesterday only books appointments, so they don't know how things work. You can leave your car today and come back tomorrow for the diagnosis." Clearly, yesterday I had mentioned that I needed to use my car quickly, and I wanted the diagnosis to be completed by tomorrow. So, I was really surprised and confused by the way the employee spoke.
