As a party of 5 celebrating 2 birthdays we decided to push the boat out. The bread and butter that was first to the table was beautiful. We ordered nice fresh oysters lovely and the souffle which was beautiful and lush, so much better than the lackluster ham hock terrine. We followed them by 2x Chteau Briand which were cooked to perfection. The sea bass was quite unpleasant with a strong fishy taste and smell. The mille-feuille was a bit underwhelming, small and bland.
