Do not recommend! I wish we had checked the reviews before using this dry cleaners. I had a white suit blazer that needed cleaning for a very special occasion, not only did they damage the jacket they hid the blazer between other items and still asked for payment. The jacket had black dye run all over it and when this was pointed out there was zero accountability and the lady behind the counter was Incredibly rude! Once we spoke to the owner he said he had no Insurance that covered any damages they made to garments! Once again I would stress DO NOT use this dry cleaners. Service: Laundry pick-up

Would definitely not recommend, I should have listened to my neighbour who had a bad experience there. Wanted to enlarge the waist on a pair of trousers, was given a quote of 15 and agreed it will be ready on a Friday morning. On Thursday evening I receive a call to tell that the alteration is now 35 and got promised them the next day morning and if theres going to be any issues, they will fix it free of charge. Next day morning the shop was not working its usual hours even tho I spoke to the lady a night before. Wasted 30min of my morning for nothing. Obviously I didnt get the trousers when I needed them, the following day they were delivered to my house after 10min convincing that I am working and I cant pick them up within their working hours. Finally, trousers were too small and when I asked if they can enlarge more because I literally cant close the button. I was told that theres nothing that can be done, I asked for what I asked, although for a suspicious reason I cant close them. Also, the lady told if I am unhappy I should go write a complaint. So here it is. Anyways left robbed and with a pair of trousers that still dont fit me. Honestly I wouldnt waste my time here, until this small business is going to start appreciating the customers more and give a better quality service. Service: Alterations
