        My husbands jumper got stretched so much that it was about 2 sizes too big for him and his shirts )and our duvet covers) were pressed so hard that the buttons made holes on the other side of the fabric. The staff are also very rude and arrogant. I only went here because it was convenient and near my home and on the way to the station but I now walk to a different dry cleaners I will never use this one again! Services: Alterations, Eco-friendly cleaning

        Recently collected 5 shirts, each of which had a small hole in the left sleeve in exactly the same place on each shirt. Clearly damage had been caused in transit, but they refused to accept any responsibility. Complete waste of time trying to talk to manager, he couldn't care less. After 9 weeks of chasing them, no phone calls returned, he told me "to wear a jacket to cover the hole". Eventually offered an insulting 6/shirt as a "gesture". See similar issue raised by customer at Richmond Hill sister shop. Taking my business elsewhere. Use at your own risk.
