        I went to this place to enquire about a coffee machine for my sisters cafe as I was on the phone discussing it with her, a guy with a ponytail and tattoos came out and racially abused me asking why I was outside and what was I doing looking around. When I told him he gave me a dirty look and walked off inside. I will not be enquiring at all about a machine after that and that guy needs customer service skills disgusting behaviour and I will be contacting the manager or above about 1 Drummond place St Margaret's Rd off of Winchester Road. Avoid.
