        Had a facial, small dingy place. No privacy, the lady told me to take my top off and she kept opening and closing the door, answering her phone and short session. She then had the cheek to overcharge me. Unprofessional and dirty place. Would not recommend.

        Hygiene and customer care are definitely not the strongest points of this place. It's cash only payment, which is weird. I found it empty on a Saturday morning and now I understand why: the owner doesn't listen to the clients requests and feedbacks, the shop is dirty and the treatments are rushed. I was asked for an extra 10 pound to do the treatment to a satisfactory level. Outrageous. Service: Body waxing
