He promptly replied to all our emails and gave us plenty of time and advise over a zoom call. I know I will be in good hands should I need to use his services again in the future.         Kevin was brilliant at diagnosing the issue with my computer remotely. What shows exceptional customer service is that once it became clear it was a physical issue he recommended that it would be more cost effective for me to find a more local supplier. I would highly recommend Kevin and Fincomp - you can trust them to tell you the truth and do what's best for you as the customer.
