I have had Spring Heating and Plumbing Ltd carry out maintenance work on my oil boiler 3 times now. On each occasion Andrew has turned up promptly and has found and fixed the fault each time. Amazing service, having been called Andrew in one of the coldes days of January when my boiler break down. He came, detect the problem, order the parts and fitted them next day. After fitted the parts on the boiler, Andrew detect water in gas instalation, and sort out this problem as well. Very good knowledge and lots of experience in what he is doing. Great service - after struggling with an old, inefficient and poorly modified central heating system Andrew came out and diagnosed the issue almost instantly (something other plumbers over the years never did) - it was a complex job which involved maintaining my household with hot water during -10C weather with a blocked system and leaking cylinder whilst replacement parts where manufactured - throughout the experience they kept us going, designed a much better solution (with different options based on cost/performance) and then visited installed and commissioned the new system exactly as planned - such a relief to find an experienced, fair and reasonably priced heating engineer who also fully supports apprenticeships so passing on the knowledge and professionalism to the future generation - recommended!
