Useless. They insist on you downloading their app, but it does nothing other than tell you incorrect info. You can't change the delivery date or ask them to leave it somewhere etc. The app then gave a time slot for delivery. It wasn't delivered at that time. I waited in all day. No delivery. The following day I received a "we can't deliver, we are returning the item". No card was put through the door, either.

Worst customer service I've had in a long time nobody picking up the phone... parcel on it's way and I don't know where it is this place is a joke don't choose fedex.
