        I sent an email to them to book cabs to and from Gatwick. I asked for a confirmation but received none. A couple of days later I sent another email asking for a confirmation but received no reply. I therefore booked with another company. To my immense embarrassment and surprise a Greyhound driver arrived to pick me up, together with my booked driver. I sent him away. Then when I arrived at the airport on my return, a Greyhound driver was again there. I asked Greyhound to explain what had happened. I actually received a reply to that email and was told management were investigating. Despite several reminders I have heard nothing. They are a most uncommunicative and unreliable outfit.
