I have been using this company for years now. Really nice to work with. I spend a lot of time on the road and with clients. I don't like taking calls when I am with someone, its just rude! I can take calls when driving on hands free, but cant take notes. The solution I have is the "Telephone Answering Service", where I can divert all my calls when in situations such as meetings with clients. The call is taken, the customer calling actually gets to speak to someone and can leave a message that is then relayed back to me either by text or email. So I never miss a call! Its also professional, and my customers are satisfied that they have spoken with someone who understands my business. I'ts also a lot more simpler than employing someone and very cost effective. If you haven't tried this, you should!!
