Appalling. I asked for them to replace a battery and fix the charging port on my mac. They only did the port replacing the broken piece with an old one they had at hand-and it still didn't work when at home. We had an altercation and I had to take my laptop to a specialist mac repairshop further along Streatham High Road (excellent service by comparison). There I was told that the piece they used to fix my mac was in bad condition and gunked up with goo, as they hadn't even bothered to clean it. For this reason I give them a poor review, added to that the attitude of the person who served me and it's an all round poor showing.

Bought completely rubbish headphones (they paid 0.50p for and are selling them for 20)when I complained about the awful quality they shouted at me saying there is nothing wrong with the product & refused to refund me - left those unusable headphones there and will never go there again - dont buy anything from them!!!
