Waited for long time to speak to reception. Very unhelpful and unsympathetic. Told them I had an ear infection, which might need antibiotics. Told I could not see a doctor. They would give my number to a pharmacist who would phone me. If he deemed it necessary, he would inform a doctor who would call me to discuss it. The pharmacist never phoned and I still have the problem. I need someone to actually LOOK in my ear, which is getting worse. Cannot believe how uncaring they are.

Terrible service, huffed down the phone when I went into a patch of bad signal, didnt listen and kept saying hello and huffing and then hung up without reason too.

Thankfully I have had very little illness since moving here 17 years ago. My interactions with the doctors have been absolutely fine. But appointment-making is a real chore, the reception staff seem brusque and uninterested, and their communication with the Brett's Pharmacy is very inefficient. I wonder if this place is really just set-up to service 'the regulars' ... and they prefer to shunt the rest of us off to Poulner.
