Absolutely wonderful . The manageress and all her team are so supportive to my mum with her very complex needs so much so that I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this home to anyone who is struggling with finding a placement for their loved one . I think the staff have an understanding and a lot of common sense when dealing with my mummy which is sometimes more important that textbook criteria when dealing with clients who have varying degrees of dementia : so that they understand that what is right for one client may not always be right for another . Every member of the team at this care home treats my mum with respect and I have to say they are always very polite to both myself and husband at every visit we make to the care-home . Nothing is ever too much trouble . I live in Weymouth some 40 miles away and at times I do think about moving mummy nearer but I would be very hard pushed to find a care-home as good as this one - so until they can no longer look after her I will leave her in what is now her home .
