        Accidentally had a parcel delivered to them asked for the parcel they denied receiving it when amazon had confirmed it had been successfully delivered to them and signed off. If they can't even return a package it questions there ethics and professionalism.

        Amazon had left a package by accident with them that was signed by whoever was in reception, they have denied they have received this when it is clear that they did ! If they can fraudulently do this I am concerned regarding how they manage with clients
