        This is my usual superdrug that Ive always gone to and I never used to experience an bad customer service but in the recent months the service has just been so bad that Ive decided to just stop coming to this one. Every time I decide to come to buy something or just browse the store, the staff are always following me and when someone is not with me/cant be with me because they have something else to do, they tell other members of staff to follow me like they cant trust me to just do my own thing. Im well aware of the stereotype of teenagers and stealing from stores but I find it so rude that the staff at this store make assumptions about every teenager that comes there. Ive talked to some of my friends about this and theyve experienced the exact same thing here. It is very uncomfortable knowing you are being followed and quite frankly very embarrassing that its only happening to you. This is very disappointing and I really hope this issue gets sorted out.

        i placed a click and collect order and when i arrived i was served by Kiara. she was amazing! im very big on giving credit when its due and this was one of those moments. amazing customer service from her. thank you for such great service.
