London Smoke & Cure

Having walked past this place many times, I took advantage of the Christmas market atmosphere a couple of weeks ago and decided to make a purchase. I bought a pack of Maple, Sage & Bacon Sausages and a pack of Aged Smoked Black Back Bacon. Both were delicious, packed full of meat and flavour and well worth the price. To top it off, I received what was probably the best cup of mulled wine I've ever had as a freebie. Will definitely be looking into their future offerings with interest.

My family and their partners were given gift vouchers by one of my sons, who lives in Hong Kong. The 6 of us did the Chorizo making course in February . Luke was a patient teacher with our loud and gregarious group. Everyone had a fantastic day out. The charcuterie board with nibbles and drinks at the end of the session was well received. I would recommend this as a fun day out with family or friends. Our chorizo sausages are on route and we cant wait to try them.

Was worth getting out of bet on a sunday for it! Luke was a great host and had a fantastic time with the family. Will be eating chorizo for months!

I visited London Smoke & Cure after receiving the Salami making workshop as a Christmas gift. I attended with family on a Sunday morning and had a wonderful time! Not only was it super interesting to learn how the (very high quality!) sausage is made but also very fun with the delightful (& incredibly patient) Luke. I have already recommended to friends & colleagues and will continue to do so. The selection of meats from the curehouse to sample at the end of the session were a glorious treat and very much enjoyed! Cant wait to receive our Salami soon!!
