Luke did a fantastic job, paint correction followed by a 2 year ceramic coat. Kept me informed of progress during the 3 days process, even sent a nice walkround video after the paint correction. My car went in for a 2+ year ceramic coat; what an awesome job Luke has done! The attention to detail Luke puts into his work is remarkable. He explained the various options available to me, followed that up with best practices guide on how best to look after the vehicle post completion. The end result was simply outstanding; the colour of the car is better than I've seen in showrooms! I chose the 2+ year ceramic option (first time using a ceramic coating) to see the longevity of the coating and will without doubt use Luke again in the future. It's so good to see someone work with such detail and perfection; so many people run on volume and don't get the same results. I can't recommend Luke highly enough! I am fussy who I use when it comes to my car, but I felt safe leaving my car in Lukes hands. I had a full two stage polish and ceramic coating and was thoroughly pleased with the outcome. He works to high standard and has been friendly, helpful and professional throughout. I also liked that even from my first contact with him, his communication was great. He answered all my messages promptly and informativly. This is something I have had problems with when using other detailers, who can take forever to respond or don't get back to you.
