First time experience buying a car from Hendy, Karl at Dorset branch looked after us well and the car was ready when promised sparkling like a diamond in the sun, largley thanks to the GardX lol...yes there is a push for extra products and regulation driven recommendations, its ok to say no! but trust me when I say better to have that than the opposite from which I had an awful experience from a different (non Hendy) car dealer which nearly ended in tears...let's hope for many happy miles motoring! Thanks guys...p.s coffee was nice.

Looking at a vehicle, wanted to test drive it, however the van department don't work Sundays. Potentially lost a sale. The car department was very helpful and welcoming. Offered us drinks and help if needed.
