Petros took the time to understand how we wanted the property o be at the end of the job, and then worked his best to make our unrealistic expectations more realistic.
Initially (due to an error at Wandsworth council) our planning was rejected, but Petros managed to get that sorted within a day. Petros had the full range of knowledge to think about things we had no idea about (Thames Water buildover agreement, party wall considerations etc). which was a massive help.
Once works commenced, he visited the site and was happy to work with our builders and take questions they had (they also commented his drawings were the best he had used).
Petros was also able to help with finishing touches and has some great industry contacts (he helped us find a company who sorted our sliding doors at a much lower costs than we expected!)
I couldn't recommend Studio Architecture enough
