Edward was recommended to us for our recent buy-to-let purchase this summer. From the very start it was clear that Edward was not only extremely knowledgeable about mortgages and financial advice but also tremendously professional and very conscientious. Edward quickly identified a suitable mortgage and once agreed successfully submitted our application. Unfortunately, and through no fault of Edwards this was overlooked, however because of Edwards diligence and conscientiousness he was able to bring the issue to the attention of the mortgage provider and through his perseverance and persistence managed to get our application fast tracked so avoiding a significant delay, which would have placed our purchase in serious jeopardy.
