We have been coming here for years and had many lovely drinks, snack and experiences, but decided to review based on the last couple of visits in particular. We booked a table for a birthday breakfast here recently and everyone was so friendly & helpful, especially with gluten free options. We came back today on a very busy, bank holiday Monday. The cafe had ran out of a few things and were the busiest I have ever seen it there and yet all the staff were helpful, hardworking and smiling. The ice cream is amazing and great value too - which seems a rarity nowadays for families. Our food was hot, lovely and well presented, despite the sea of customers. They have well earned the 5 star review!

A great place to unwind after a walk ( warming up in this cosy caf), we enjoyed a copious ham and cheese toastie, bacon bap served with fresh salads and crisps followed by a nice hot chocolate and delicious cakes! Friendly faces and professional service. A warm welcome by host Tracey! Thank you and we will be back for sure! A great value for money compared to other cafs visited previously

Been here before a few years back and it has changed. Stopped off to break up a long journey on a Saturday afternoon. Lovely playground for my daughter to play in. No hot food available in the cafe. No other alternatives really provided. Staff looked like they didn't really want to be there. Ordered a tea. I was given a large takeaway cup that was half full. I asked for it to be filled up. Request denied.
