Thomas Beauchamp was imprisoned in this tower in the late 14th century for rebelling against King Richard II. The building has been used to house many prisoners over the centuries.
It is impressive to see some graffiti carved by prisoners on the walls of the Tower.

La Beauchamp Tower fa parte del muro interno difensivo in mattoni e pietra della Torre di Londra.
Thomas Beauchamp fu imprigionato in questa torre alla fine del XIV secolo per essersi ribellato al re Riccardo II. L'edificio stato utilizzato per ospitare molti prigionieri nel corso dei secoli.
