I definitely recommend it. Our estate agent was Mohammed how really took in consideration all my request which were quit demanding with a little one of 6 months old. He was 100% available and he updated me about new flats on the market near by. I had such a good experience with them.

As a landlord with 20 years experience, I can safely say this is the worst agency Ive ever dealt with. Error after error; never an apology. Over promising to get the business then massively wide-of-the-mark delivery. Excessive charges relative to service. No wonder landlords are using far cheaper online services. Letting agency is a dying business and for good reason. This sector is in need of proper regulation and accountability. Avoid F J Lord.
