My wife recently received a default notice from this company despite never having had any dealings with them in fact,we had never heard of them.
After putting out a bad review of them I recieved a phone call apologising for the mistake,exonerating my wife of any wrongdoing and we have received a written apology.
The company therefore have considered my complaint,upheld it and put matters right.
I have agreed to set the record straight and am happy to do so.
I wish the company well .
