This company has a fantastic selection of products - all packaged up perfectly. It's really good to find something slightly different. Had a slight problem with the delivery company but Craved sorted it immediately via e-mail customer service. Absolutely brilliant - can definitely recommend.

Very poor customer service! Have sent them few emails which were never respond. Called them few times and there was no answer in the usual working hours . left a message asking them to give me a ring as I have a technical problem to complete an online order and nobody bothered to come back to me. What they do is as soon as they recognize that you put items in your basket online and didn't complete your order they send you 10% discount cide which of course I can't use becase the technical problem in their online ordering system is holding me back from completing my order. You should do much better!!!

Great products but customer service and delivery needs work! My experience with Craved started out really well. I ordered 3 hampers in time for Christmas. Initially we had great communication regarding delivery and some substitutions with options of what was available and 2 of the hampers arrived without any problems. Unfortunately the third hamper was nightmare. We had it delivered directly to a friends for Christmas and when they opened it, the only contents were 6 tonic waters. The rest of the hamper was missing. After 2 emails from Craved on the 4th Jan in response to my email query - apologising and saying that they would resend with the expectation being 2 weeks max, it took two more emails and waiting until the 31st Jan to receive an update. My friend finally received her hamper today 5th Jan - with 4 substitutions that we were not aware of - one of which was of significantly lower value than what was originally on offer. On the upside Craved have offered to reimburse postage and a complimentary beer bundle and the products they sent through in all 3 hampers were excellent quality. Unfortunately the poor communication and lack of quick responses, along with the final substitutions have not filled me with confidence regarding purchasing any additional products.
