        Anything that doesn't require ironing comes back alright (cashmere sweaters, wool jackets etc.) but the"professional" ironing of button-up shirts and blouses is some of the worst I've ever seen.

        Even shirts were treated poorly: one of the white shirts was covered with red threads. The ironing was the worst Id ever seen - the sleeves were crumpled but with long creases
