I bought my shoes to be repaired which when collected was done to a great standard. Also had a problem with my jacket zip wh I have i bought in the next day to get a quote on it being repaired. The owner took a look at it and mended it for free as only a slight adjustment was needed for the problem to be fixed. I would highly recommend their services as they are very helpful & accommodating. Service: Alterations

I have used Aron Specialist as I moved to the Tower Hill area and I have found the attitude of Tina, one of their staff members repeatedly confrontational and aggressive. Her customer service is awful. For example, I took a pair of jeans for repair of the zipper and I was charged 15 for the fix. Once I collected the jeans the zip broke straight away. I bought them back again and Tina said I would have to pay the full price again. No negotiation and no apology for not actually fixing the problem - in fact they first denied that they were the same pair of jeans! Tina has repeatedly been awful to deal with. I will be changing my Dry Cleaners because of this. Service: Alterations
