        Nice location but bad quality homes, many issues with apartment and no hot water all the time

        To be honest, the quality of the apartment really not good, and the service here even WORSE! Concierge just like useless, if you want to get help from them, for example, something wrong with the system. They are gonna send you an email for you to learn how to be a contractor to fix the problem by yourself! The gym club, the worst experience! They are very rude, and ridiculous! When I went to the gym with my boyfriend, One of the staff there kicked us out because in her mind, my boyfriend seems like a personal trainer even I explained but she thought I was deceiving her! What the hell?! I paid the service for nothing! They deserve 0 star!

        Concierge refused to do a home demonstration on key collection day. Staff at Grand Unison House and Sovereign Court are much much more approachable.

        The place looks very nice and modern. It's nice to see a new huge development in the area. However as a local person you can't see it helping out much with the local social housing issue.
