He explored all my options with me and we were able to decide on the best option for me to take. He managed to do a mortgage switch for me and he also helped with the issue I had with a shared equity mortgage. He secured a more beneficial repayment time plan for me. Cannot recommend Kris enough. We went to a lot of mortgage advisors before and they all told us it would be impossible for us to get a mortgage. We were ready to give up until we spoke to Kris. He pushed and he pushed until he got us one, with a fantastic deal too. He helped us every step of the way, from placing the offer for our house right up until completion. Even now, one month after completion, he still checks in with us on a weekly basis. What a guy! Amazing customer service, wouldn't go anywhere else!

Ive had insurances & mortgages arranged via Kris on more than one occasion now, and the service he provides is always brilliant. Kris has recently arranged a mortgage for me, submitted with quite a tight deadline due to purchase of a new build property. From starting the application to submission there was only 48 hours, and we had an offer back from the lender within weeks. Our purchase took longer than expected due to circumstances beyond our control, however Kris was always checking in to make sure our offer was still going to be valid with the lender, and provided reassurance on a number of occasions that everything would would out just fine. He was certainly right as we completed on our purchase yesterday! Highly recommend Kris, 10/10 service.
