The misery of a flood can't be overstated. Thank heavens for Restorations UK! Every single person I dealt with at R-UK and Swift Dry was super-efficient and totally across what was needed, they were warm, friendly and nothing was too much trouble - it really was perfect service with clear communication at all times. Drying equipment was delivered within hours (I had a burst pipe, but storms had caused damage elsewhere in my area, so equipment was in high demand) and the final refurbishment is to a very high standard and completed with admirable speed. This company is simply brilliant - great attitude and understanding of how to deliver great service... even though I hope never to need their help again! Stuart and his team are total stars.

We have used this company on 4 different occasions over the past 18 months and have found them not only to be extremely knowledgeable but also reasonably priced when compare to other quotations that we have compared them to.Well recommended!

*BEWARE* Stay well clear of this company! I booked them to get water removed from carpets due to a leak and booked for a *30min* job. The 'actual' work that they carried out was only 15mins-20mins MAX! I was present whilst the work was being carried out - they then had the audacity to charge me for a further 15mins for the time taken for their Technician to get out of his vehicle, get his tools out of the van, ring the buzzer and take a lift to the apartment. In all honestly this is totally out of order! I ended up paying the bill despite trying to explain this to them as I was more concerned about the leak - but I felt this review was much needed to allow other customers to do more due diligence before taking out their wallets. I ended up paying the bill despite trying to reason with them as I more concerned about sorting out the leak. Disappointed about the lack of transparency! Definitely will NOT be using again!
