Incompetent service. Waste of time. I booked a vaccination over 3 weeks before the appointment. That went OK. I received confirmation immediately and, a few days before the appointment, a reminder. I journeyed to London, in plenty of time. However, when I came to have my jab, the vaccine was not there. Although the nurse was apologetic and the failure may not have been her fault, such gross inefficiency was appalling. Their system is not fit for purpose. I took my custom elsewhere.

Lovely nurse. Appointments are 30 mins so they really have time to sit and explain the treatments they're recommending and run through the guidance. Also superdrug was the cheapest I could get the particular vaccination I wanted. And you don't have to pay a consultation fee.

They gave me an appointment for Help B vaccine and I specifically called and asked whether there would be a paediatric nurse available as it is for my 3.5 months old baby. The lady confirmed YES. And in the morning just before the appointment, I got a call from the branch that why have I taken an appointment at a branch where there is no paediatric nurse available! This was so ridiculous that they are asking me this question and so inconvenient as we needed to travel only a couple of days later and needed the travel vaccine for my baby!

Appalling customer experience. Avoid at all cost. The centralised booking system seems to work, but the clinic is chaotically managed. Nurse Tolu is extremely rude and lacks the minimum skills to be in front of customers. I booked my vaccination well in advance but she still blamed me because my consultation required a 30 min risk assessment, when their booking system automatically assigned me a 15 min timeslot. She then started searching through her fridges just to find out that she didn't have the vaccine I had requested. When I expressed my frustration about the whole mess she then said that I was scaring and harrassing her. I then spoke to the chief pharmacist and she said that I should contact the appointments line, thus sending me back in circles. Like I said to start my review, please avoid this clinic and especially nurse Tolu at all cost if you don't want to go through a useless, nasty experience.
