I am leaving this set up when my current agreement runs out its a long story and as they have lived by the contract down to the last full stop with no riggle room for empathy I truly have no time for this phone company and I'm pleased to be giving them them the push.

Agent who set me up with a prepaid sim did not give me the option for Vodafone. They also entered my email address incorrectly which caused me to resolve this again with the operator. Wasting my time.

Honestly Arslan and Adnan were the nicest people I encountered all day. They were kind and generous and patient - there were many annoying or rude customers and they kept their cool despite having 2 or 3 tricky situations to resolve and their computer systems and online support were pretty poor. I'd recommend these 2 people without reservation and I've literally never met mobile sales people as caring or helpful.
